Optimize Your Family’s Nutrition
Our CSA program is structured to optimize the nutrition of the vegetables we grow. This starts with our on-farm obsession with soil and plant health. Then we rush the vegetables to you after harvest- insuring that the plant’s nutritional profile is present for you upon delivery. All organic vegetables are not the same. It is our passion to bring you the best possible.
2. Buy Directly from a Farmer You Trust
Avoid aggregator farm boxes. The market is flooded with these types of boxes that buy from the same big corporate California farms that stock our grocery store shelves. They might have fancy websites, but their produce is often old and grown by an operation that is prioritizing yield over integrity.
3. Eat Plants that Prevent Disease
This understanding motivates our work. We specialize in growing plants that are in the Brassicaceae family- Cabbage, Cauliflower, Broccoli, and Kale. These cruciferous vegetables are becoming increasingly well known for their exceptionally high glucosinolates, which can radically lower your chances of serious disease.
